Words

I have mainly just been looking at books today. A happy day for me. But, what I mainly saw was words.

Jesus

That's right. Today i saw Jesus. He was standing in the middle of Grand Avenue Parkway just where it turns into Lake Creek Parkway and he gave me a blessing. That's right. Jesus gave me a blessing. He was out on the street warning everyone who would listen that the signal light didn't have a yellow. The light went directly from green to red. I waved and thanked him. He came over to my car. People on the street often do that because the car is a convertable and just more accessible, friendly, I guess. Plus, some of them know me. I offered him the little dab of change I had in my place in my car where I keep things but he wouldn't take it. Said he only wanted to say, "God bless you."

G-d give me eyes to see.

Today I saw little yellow tomatoes which were about the size of my thumb. Tons of them. They looked, and tasted, like little globs of sunshine. I loved 'em! I won't say how many I ate but there doesn't seem to be any need for supper tonight.

Today I saw a rainbow and incredible clouds. This hue of pink-gold that was so magnificent it must have been created just for this day, for this single sunset. Light from light... pink and gold from gold and pink. Very, very light and cloud.

I also saw a big grasshopper swim/hop accross a swimming pool. It was pretty cool.

And I saw real pride in my little dog's eyes when he climed a tree and got up over my head. I saw him fulfill his true vocation as a dog as he raced to catch a deer. It is a thing of beauty, that dog. He is so committed to being a dog it's beautiful.

A woman

Today I saw a woman who looked tired and hungry and maybe hungover. You know I give money to everybody. If they spend it on booze... Well, maybe that's what they need to live out their karma. She didn't even have the energy to speak, or maybe she is just beyond caring. At the last minute before the light changed I found another dollar in my little place in my car where I keep things. And when she came back to get it, I touched her hand as gently and surly as I could. And she looked at my face and said, "God bless you... thank you." I don't think it was the money she was so thankful for.

Transformation

Today i saw a tired face light up when its bearer received a simple compliment. I am going to see if I can see that again tomorrow too.

I also saw a rainbow.
