Today I saw the full moon rise over the lake. Watched the reflection of it grow. Saw the first star come out.

I saw a bunch of little fish swimming in the lake. I see that a lot.

Saw a big bird hanging on an air current... not even flapping, just riding it.

Yesterday I saw a pretty feather. I looked at it for awhile. They are such marvels, feathers. I don't have anyone to show it to so I put it back on the ground. I wish I had someone to show things like that to. Not a girlfriend. God knows I don't need that kind of trouble. Just a sensitive and gentle soul. Just someone who won't laugh at me for stuff like that.

I saw a rainbow today. Alas, no rain. At least for me. But, someone, somewhere...

We had one of those perfect Texas skies today. You don't get skies like this many places. Just between the coast and the plains... It's a sight.
